Medibtikar organised local replication seminar for Step I- Training Coaching Networking, TCN program, Sfax, Tunisia from the 23rd to the 25th 2008. The main theme was “TCN Step I- Individual techniques for accompanying projects in incubators”. In this seminar, two previously trained consultants from Tunisia, in co-operation with an international consultant from Medibtikar, were able to deliver the first local replication of the TCN – STEP 1 seminar in Tunisia.

Medibtikar in corporation with the Tunisian Industry Promotion Agency (API), the local focal partner, mobilised the twenty two participants to the seminar according to the desired mix of entrepreneurs with innovative projects, consultants, incubator staff, technology development agents, bank representative and financing agents. The seminar benefited greatly from the active participation of Mr. El Euch Mohamed, former regional director of an important commercial bank in Sfax and currently working as a private consultant to help entrepreneurs creating their businesses. This participation allowed an interesting and a rich exchange between participants and especially with entrepreneurs during various workshops.
